These terms apply to the websites, pages and marketing services provided by YepOnIt ("we", "us"). By requesting, paying for or using our services you agree to these terms. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.本条款适用于 YepOnIt（“我们”）提供的网站、页面与营销服务。你请求、购买或使用我们的服务，即表示同意本条款。如代表企业使用，你确认自己已获得相应授权。
2. Our services我们的服务
We provide customised marketing services, delivered by our team with the help of AI, which may include personalised proposal pages, lead follow-up, customer operations, campaigns and outreach, content and creative, and AI assistants. The scope, deliverables and any price of a specific service are shown to you before you pay or are agreed with you in writing.我们提供由团队借助 AI 交付的定制化营销服务，可能包括个性化方案页、线索跟进、客户运营、营销活动与触达、内容与创意以及 AI 助手。具体服务的范围、交付物与价格会在付款前向你展示，或与你书面约定。
3. Your responsibilities你的责任
You agree to provide accurate information and only materials (such as photos, logos and text) that you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing what we prepare before sharing it with your customers, and for confirming prices, availability and commitments. Communications to your customers must have a lawful basis and respect opt-outs.你应提供准确的信息，且只提供你有权使用的素材（如图片、标志和文字）。在分享给你的客户之前，你有责任审阅我们准备的内容，并确认价格、档期与承诺。面向你客户的沟通须具备合法依据并尊重退订。
4. AI-generated contentAI 生成内容
Our deliverables are prepared with the help of AI and may contain errors or assumptions. Estimates and examples are illustrative and are not a binding quote from you to your customer until you confirm them. Our assistants identify themselves as AI.我们的交付物借助 AI 制作，可能包含错误或假设。其中的估算与示例仅供参考，在你确认之前，不构成你对客户的约束性报价。我们的助手会表明自己是 AI。
5. Private links私密链接
Some deliverables are provided as private links. Anyone with a link can open it, so share it only with the people you intend. We may disable a link if it is misused or as described in these terms.部分交付物以私密链接形式提供。任何持有链接的人都可以打开，请只分享给你希望的对象。如链接被滥用或出现本条款所述情形，我们可停用该链接。
6. Fees and payment费用与付款
Where a service has a price, it is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.有价格的服务会在付款前明确展示。付款由第三方支付服务商处理，我们不保存你的完整银行卡信息。费用不含可能适用的税费。
7. No refunds after purchase付款后不退款
Our services are digital and are delivered or activated as soon as payment is completed. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the preview of your deliverable before paying. Details are in our Refund Policy.我们的服务为数字服务，付款完成后即交付或开通。所有购买一经完成均不予退款，重复扣款、错误扣款或适用法律要求退款的情形除外。请在付款前仔细查看交付物预览。详见退款政策。
8. Refunds, chargebacks and access退款、拒付与访问权限
If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, access to the related deliverable (for example a customer-facing link) ends and the link is disabled.如某笔付款被退款、撤销或拒付，相关交付物（例如面向客户的链接）的访问权限即终止，链接将被停用。
9. Acceptable use合理使用
You may not use our services for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful or harmful content, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or end services that are used this way.不得将我们的服务用于垃圾信息、骚扰、欺骗、违法或有害内容，或侵犯他人权利。如出现上述情形，我们可暂停或终止服务。
10. Intellectual property知识产权
You keep the rights to the materials you provide. Once paid for, you may use the deliverables we prepare for you to market your business. We keep the rights to our software, templates and know-how.你保留所提供素材的权利。付款后，你可以将我们为你准备的交付物用于推广自身业务。我们保留软件、模板与专有技术的权利。
11. Disclaimers and liability免责与责任限制
We work to deliver high-quality results but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as revenue or the number of customers won. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.我们尽力交付高质量的成果，但不保证特定的业务结果，例如收入或成交客户数量。在法律允许的范围内，我们对任何索赔的总责任以索赔前十二个月内你为相关服务支付的金额为限，且不承担间接或后果性损失。
